Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, artworks, and products created by DeLaveaga Designs LLC are the intellectual property of the company. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our original works. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of our products or designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, variations in wood grain, shape, size, color, and finish are inherent in handcrafted items and may differ from what is depicted on our website or Etsy shop. If you are purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order item, any significant discrepancy (as determined by DeLaveaga Designs) in the product will be communicated to you via email before product is fabricated. If no response is provided by the purchaser or Client within 72 hours, DeLaveaga Designs will resume fabrication as communicated. No refunds will be accepted after fabrication has been initiated.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors or product unavailability.

Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Return Policy for details regarding returns and refunds. We do not accept returns after 45 days, and all sales are final after this period.

Limitation of Liability

​DeLaveaga Designs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Whatcom County.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our storefront or website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
