Thank you for your purchase! We take pride in our artistically handcrafted woodworking products and hope you love them as much as we enjoyed creating them. However if you are on this page, you might have a question or concern about your product. Below is our policies regarding returns.

Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date.All products are uniquely handcrafted; variations in wood grain, color, shape, size, and finish are part of their charm and are not considered defects.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us. Please include your name, item description, date purchased, and reason you would like to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping return cost of your item.
Refund or Replacement
Our studio reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be granted based on the reason for the return.Returns may not be accepted for reasons such as aesthetic preferences or minor imperfections inherent in handcrafted items. If there is a defect in your product, please see our Guarantee of Workmanship policy before initiating your return.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Packing Materials & Practices
We take great care to protect your items with recycled & ecofriendly packaging materials. Appearances of such packing materials may be re-used, as that is how we like to utilize our spare and additional packaging materials.
Processing Times
All orders are typically processed within 7-30 days, depending on the size and availabilty of the product, after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.
Made-to-order & Pre-orders
Please note that made-to-order wooden items will require additional fabrication time. Feel free to reach out for estimated completion dates upon order of your items. We appreciate your understanding as we craft each item with care and precision to meet your specifications.
Shipping Times
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is damaged, please document the damage and contact the carrier immediately.
Shipping Issues
In the event of shipping mishaps such as lost or damaged packages:

Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in tracking your package, but we cannot be held liable for packages that are lost by the carrier.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Purchasing Additional Shipping Insurance: For larger items purchased it is recommended to purchase additional shipping insurance as many of the major carriers have a limit to their shipping liability. Please contact us to discuss your options. Such insurance costs will be billed separately from the initial online purchase.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately to correct it.
Domestic shipping only
Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
